INTRODUCTION

It can be a big shock when you discover that you have hair loss. There is nothing much worse that finding handfuls of hair on your pillow. Or taking a shower and looking down to see strands of your hair in the drain.

I want to point out that there are no miracle hair restoration products available. The end result is that you might have to come to terms with your hair loss. However, you may find that in certain circumstances that it may be possible to halt further hair loss, theres no guarantee though. You may also be able to use various techniques to thicken up your remaining hair.

It would be wise to consult your Doctor about hair loss as it can actually be a symptom of a more serious problem.

As I mentioned above, there are no miracle hair loss cures, so now might be a good time to start trying to accept it. If you manage to halt further hair loss then that can be considered successful.

CAUSES OF HAIR LOSS

There are two main causes of hair loss, these are Androgenetic and Stress.

Androgenetic Alopecia This is also known as Male Pattern Baldness.

Stress Stress is the second main cause of hair loss in men.

Other hair loss causes. Hair loss can also be caused by low nutritional foods and drinks such as fast foods and caffeinated coffee. Smoking can also cause hair loss.

HAIR LOSS PREVENTION AND TREATMENTS

1) Stress: Reduce any stress in your life.

2) Shampoo: Use a shampoo that is very gentle. Some shampoos are very strong and can damage your hair. Remember that we are in a situation where we want to protect any hair that you have left.

3) Massage: Treat yourself to a gentle head massage using Rosemary oil. This stimulates hair growth. Instead of Rosemary oil you can try a mixture of Almond and Castor Oil. Youll need to give yourself a head massage once a week.

4) Food protein: Ensure that you are getting plenty of protein from dried beans, eggs, fish, and grains. Make sure that you are having a health balanced diet.

Disclaimer: I am not a hair specialist and it is important that you talk with your Doctor, Physician or Dermatologist before starting any medication.
