I have a very specific question, one I’d like to not be confused with “does testosterone cause hair loss”. I’m going to start some amino acid supplements from the health store and I’ve been looking into L proline, L arginine, and L lysine. Two of these supposedly can cause an increase in Human Growth Hormone.
I googled HGH and hair loss and found conflicting reports. Some people are saying that taking HGH and testosterone causes hair loss. Now, I understand how and why taking testosterone will cause hair loss, but I haven’t been able to find anyone talking about whether HGH ALONE causes hair loss. In fact, some people say it helps with hair growth. So I can see a possibility where someone taking HGH and Testosterone will lose hair because of the testosterone, but what about just taking HGH? I can also see a situation where I go bald at 22 because I go out and buy a bunch of supplements I know nothing about.
So here’s my real question: Does HGH ALONE contribute to hair loss? Sources, please, and the 10 points are yours
